Shipping & Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

North America, Europe, UK: 3–5 business days
International: 4–7 business days

Shipping times may increase during high-demand periods or due to courier delays, weather, customs, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If your order has already shipped, please contact the courier directly.

US Shipping

We offer a flat shipping rate of USD $15 for all US orders.

Orders over USD $500 may require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Import duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or control these charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Khaia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Returns & Final Sale

All items marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

For hygiene reasons, undergarments are considered Final Sale.

Order Cancellations

Khaia reserves the right to cancel any order. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.
